100 busy but very successful days in East Cambridgeshire

Since May, everyone at East Cambridgeshire District Council has been busy delivering the objectives of the 100 day commitment – with the deadline now passed, the authority is ticking off a vast range of achievements.
 
The 100 Day commitment focused on progressing six areas to benefit and improve the conditions for residents and businesses in East Cambridgeshire – these included:

•    Delivering a financially sound and well managed Council
•    Genuinely affordable housing
•    A fantastic place to live
•    Improving local transport

The Leaderships at East Cambridgeshire District Council have this evening (Thursday 28 May) outlined their plans to continue to make the district a better place to live and work.

The 100 Day commitment focuses on progressing six areas to benefit and improve the conditions for residents and businesses in East Cambridgeshire – these include:

Decisions from East Cambs planning committee – October 2013

Following the meeting of the Planning Committee at East Cambridgeshire District Council, the following decisions were made:

1. Update report on Planning Approval E/12/00247/OUM – proposed foodstore (A1), together with associated parking, servicing area and petrol filling station, a community style pub/restaurant (A3,A4), associated car parking and highway engineering works at the land parcel east of 2 The Shade, Soham. The applicant is Harrier Developments Ltd

Decision: Conditions approved. The decision notice will be issued once Section 106 agreement is finalised
