Funding our future infrastructure





Work to develop a new way of funding future schools, leisure facilities and transport networks has moved a step forward following a meeting in East Cambridgeshire this week.

The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is set to replace Section 106 agreements as the main way of securing developer contributions towards the delivery of infrastructure and services which growth requires.
