Reach Festival – 24th September 2016

Date:  Saturday, 24 September 2016 – 10:30am – 4:30pm Reach Festival Reach Festival is a brand new event, held this year on Saturday the 24th of September, starting at 10.30am and finishing at 4.30pm. The event will showcase local handmade crafts and produce. In addition there will be displays of crafts being undertaken including potting, spinning, lace making and flint knapping (the picture to the right is of Will Lord who will be coming along). The stalls, craft displays, stage, and tea tent will all be on Fair Green – please see our Draft Plan. Have your say on Ely Station Gateway proposals

Residents, businesses and organisations are set to have their say on ambitious proposals to transform the Ely Station Gateway.

An eight week consultation period will be running from Monday 27 January until Friday 21st March to give everyone the opportunity to give their views on the draft Ely Station Gateway Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).

The Planning Document sets out how the area could be developed into a vibrant urban quarter to provide jobs, enhanced transport interchange facilities as well as creating an attractive gateway to the City.

Getting Littleport ready to thrive in the future

Littleport – a market town with a population of just under 9,000 – is getting a once in a generation chance to have a say on how it will develop in the next 20 years.

With the publication of the draft Littleport Masterplan, a six week consultation is now to begin with all those who live and work in the town having the chance to contribute.
