Chefs and food business operators from pubs in East Cambridgeshire were educated on how to cut the mustard in order to achieve and retain a food hygiene rating of five.

The free, half-day workshop, which took place on Monday 11th January, was conducted by the District Council’s Environmental Services team at The Grange in Ely.

Attendees were taught by the officers who inspect food businesses in the area and were given the opportunity to ask questions throughout the morning and then speak with them at the end of the course to receive further guidance.
