Community Land Trusts, apprenticeships and measures to tackle homelessness are just some of the issues Councillors in East Cambridgeshire will discuss as part of proposals to develop a balanced budget.

The District Council is in the third year of a medium term financial strategy which will deliver savings of over £2 million pounds by 2015. This requires the Council to reduce administration costs, increase some fees and freeze or defer recruitment to vacant posts.
