Have your say on the modifications to the Local Plan

A blueprint for the future growth of East Cambridgeshire is set to go out to consultation again following comments from the Planning Inspector regarding the district’s housing supply.

The revised document will allow residents, businesses and others to have their say on the proposed modifications to the Local Plan including additional housing sites in Soham.

The special consultation period will last from Wednesday 10 September to Wednesday 22 October.

Final chance to have say on Local Plan

A blueprint for the future growth of East Cambridgeshire up to 2031 is set to go out to consultation for a final time on Thursday 17 April for residents, businesses and others to have their say.

The Local Plan looks at how much, where and when development should take place. It seeks to ensure development in the district is ‘sustainable’ by meeting the needs of the area.

Have your say on Bottisham Masterplan

Residents in Bottisham in East Cambridgeshire are set to have their say on the future of their village.

A draft Masterplan for the Bell Road area of Bottisham has been created through the joint efforts of a Liaison Group which consisted of the local Parish Council, the District Council, the landowner and developer.
